  • I am - I will finish week 2 day 3 today and then move to week 3. I was on Week 1 and started and stopped and started and stopped many many times within the last year. So now I am determined to get this done before I go to the beach!!

  • I have a HRM and I log what it says. I am normally pushing a toddler in a jogging stroller when I am walking or jogging and I usually burn close to 100 calories more than what MFP says because MFP isn't taking into account the weight I am pushing as I am exercising.

  • I am a culprit of calling myself fat - I use it as an adjective....however....I have a new saying "I am NOT fat, I HAVE fat....there is a difference" - and I am working everyday to get rid of the fat :)
