im 5'0" and i weight 171.2 lbs and wear a 14 but i have to wear a belt with them cause i cant find a pair that will stay up on my waist.

do you know where i can get a hmr for fairly cheap? i have a pedometer but its simple all it does is tell me how far i walked in a day not how long it took me to get there should i toss it and get a better one?

wow great job mama!! ive been onagain off again with mfp but this time im determind to make it work im starting off at 173 on a 5' frame size 14 i would love to get back down to 120lbs again and seeing stories like your make me see and believe it can happen

how then do i record the calories i burned during strength training...for exsample i put in i did 25 sit up but it didnt give me the caloried i burned and when i try recording that i jumped on a trampoline i coulnt find it in the exsercise finder

the weight gain a side effect of seroquel you can ask your dr to put you on a med thats in the seroquel family but doesnt have the weight gain effect. the ypga class is a great way to meet new people perhaps you will meet someone who will be a work out buddy.

i wished i had seen this thread when i was nursing my youngest. my body latched on to calories when i was nursing. my advice would just add 500 extra caloried and make sure you add that you are nursing like pp have said and when you get to the point where baby isnt nuring much anymore or when you wean then i would drop…

i allow a cheat treat meaning i might eat a ice cream cone or a couple table sppons of frosting imply cause i have learned that if i try to cut out the foods i crave i fall off the wagon. but lik eeveryone has said i allow for it or if i go over my calorie count i exsercise it off
