Hello everyone!! My name is Jenn & I'm excited for this challenge, as I'm hoping to have already established these habits before the new year so I can meet my 2014 goal of losing 50lbs.

I am on Week 3 of the program and I just hit the "pause" button and do the stretches right there on the treadmill. I figure if someone is taking the time to look at me, then they should be focusing a bit more on their workout and not so much on mine :)

Can I count the three hours of dancing I did tonight?! My pedometer says I danced 7.1 miles between both concerts!!

I agree that exercise should count towards staying under goal!! I am using my one day off in the next week to go to the casino & want to eat something yummy!!

Today on the way to work I bought coffee for the cars behind me in the drive thru & just an hour ago I had the privilege of helping to deliver a baby via phone, pretty scary, but everyone's fine!

Major fail today, sorry crew. Work is killing me, but I'm fighting back tomorrow, I spent a few minutes feeling sorry for myself, but it's done now. On to tomorrow!!
