No I have not. Thanks for your reply.

Thank you Lietchi. I was missing a step, need to covert grams, 29, to calories then compare to total calories. Thank you very much for your reply and clarifying this for me.

Understand the recent sell. At same time, MFP is providing the pie chart as information to the users. I am more than willing to admit my math may be wrong if this is the case, but MFP says my total calories for 2/5 are 1045, and total carbs are 29, the pie chart is say the carbs percentage is 13%. Total carbs of 29 / total…

Thanks for your replies and information.

Thanks for the information.

Sort of messed it up. Is there a way to copy or move a line item entry from say Dinner to Noon?
-
Thanks very much.

Thanks for your reply and comments. A sense of the % works, but since the % is already being computed in MFP, why not show them in the pie chart, the exact % is more beneficial that guessing.

Found it:)

Thanks for your comments and information. Can't expect computers/programs/apps to tell us all. I believe it is HIIT in that I do 8 sets on the Elliptical, occasionally couple more for fun, 2 minutes each, push the first 40 seconds to 1 minute, recover the remaining time, 1 minute or so, and repeat - 4 times a week may not…

No more switching between Internet Explorer and Chrome.

"server error" resolved:) Self-proclaimed kudos to me. How resolved? The error message referred to a server error has occurred. So I Googled, on Chrome, how to resolve a server error on Chrome. The answer: clear all cookies/cashed images and files, reopen Chrome. Bingo-it worked, no more error message when clicking on…

Thanks Fatty_Nuff for your suggestion. I tried Internet Explorer and did not have the problem. I normally use Google Chrome. So at least I can get into MFP to record today.
-
Sent an "email" to Support - have heard nothing. So I am stuck not being able to fully use MFP today--support is basically non-existent - guess this is way to upgrade and pay for premium? I won't do it. I will find another way. MFP is not the only app.

Status still same - error message when I select Check-In. And I need to enter Check-In data for today and not able to do so??

Yes. These were only the totals through part of the day, using just to get the formula down right. Also I have a very good/experienced cardiologist who follows what I am doing. Just attended a great seminar by the doctor and his staff last Wednesday night. Thanks for your reply.

OK - I see it now. Thanks:)

This is what so great about MFP! People...friends who share and say I have been there. This is very encouraging to me. I know some say don't weigh daily and that's ok. For me, at least in my journey to get to my goal, I weight and record it each day just to keep myself accountable and with your responses, this helps me to…

OK - got it reporting current weight loss. - Thanks

Thanks a bunch.

I thought I had the steps down but I'm still stumped:( I normally select for example Lunch: Food/Food Diary/Add Food under Lunch. I don't see "all meals?"

Thanks a bunch!:)

When I enter 35 minutes in MFP, can I change the calories burned, i.e. from 703 to 200?
-
I just put Hobo Casserole in the search box and it came up. Except it shows 1 serving being 364 grams whereas the recipe says 223.

Very good and clear replies and easy to understand practical useful comments-right on what I am trying to do. A Texas thanks to you. I really like myfitnessPal more and more and especially this forum. It is such an active forum, with people really interested and concerned about others. Really an encouragement to me at this…

I started to make my own in Excel but first wanted to check if already available. Thanks

It probably would not be so bad wearing an apron.

Hunger comes from eating simple carbs that contains more sugar that sends the blood sugar soaring which triggers the pancreas to send out insulin to bring the sugar down. This is a never ending cycle for people who stay on a diet of eating lots of simple carbs: fruit, fruit juice, table sugar, honey, soft drinks, and other…
