  • thank mmkammerers - do you get support inserts from your doctor (fitted ones just for you) or do you have a brand that you can recommend - I have been running a ton and I can tell that I need more support or I may go ahead an injure myself which is not what I want to happen...
  • Question...for all those that replied that your feet go numb - do you have high arches???? Just curious because my arches are so high I think I may need to check into getting shoe inserts...maybe this is why my feet go numb because of the lack of support in my sneakers.

  • Unfortuately it is not so simple to add what you eat. I just typed Tilapia into the datebase and there was something there for calorie count. Sometimes you have to add in each thing one by one. Good Luck!

  • Do you have a food scale? That is what I use all the time. Weigh the noodles dry until it says 2 oz. and then this way you know how much it is. If you don't have a food scale - I actually purchased mine at Bed Bath and Beyond for $15 and I love it. I weigh everything!!!!!!
  • Hi - I just went thru these noodle troubles. It is 2oz dry which equals about (180 to 200 cals.) When it is cooked it basically doubles to 6oz still equaling (180 to 200 cals) depending if it is wheat pasta or regular. Hope this helps!
