Hey girl, The same thing happened to me, lost 25lbs last year..went back to school while still working and gained it back and then some... I'm trying to use the summer to lose again and re-learn how to do it with school added in. It was definitely hard for me because during the school year I was so stressed, hardly slept,…

Hi! I'm 25, I have a little more than 65 lbs to lose. This is my second go around, I lost 25lbs last year but gained it back from school/work and all that fun stuff. This time I am ready to do it for good, I log in everyday and I'm determined. I have an office job too but I do love (some) veggies..lol. Feel free to add me!…

Hi Chrissy! I log everyday as well and I'm currently 213lbs and want to get down to about 130ish (depending). This is my second time at it (I lost and then regained) so I would love friends that are in my weight range and have similar goals - friend request sent :)

I listen to a variety of music while I workout, sometimes rock or sometimes really upbeat - depending on my mood, those both get me pretty pumped. Sometimes I use FitRadio and do the Top 40 or Spotify and make a playlist of DJ mixes... Some songs I have are Clarity - Brillz Remix by Zedd Spectrum - Radio Mix by Zedd I love…

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm trying to be more cognizant of it. I know! it's hard to come up with a meal day after day of just whole foods, but i'll try... I work in the city too so when I don't bring my lunch it's doubly hard to find good quality meals that aren't loaded with crap!

So inspirational! Congats and Happy Anniversary!

bumping because I'm interested as well.

Hey! I'm 25 too, but still in college. I lost 20 pounds on MFP before and then went back to school while working full time. I ended up gaining the 20 back and then almost 20 more, just over the past year. :( I'm at it again so hopefully I can come up with a plan that works throughout the school year too. I think the best…

We're in the same place. I lost 20 pounds on MFP before, went back to day classes while working full time and volunteering. With the busy schedule stopped working out and ate horribly. I gained back the weight plus 20 pounds. I decided I had to stop thinking about doing it and just do it. The semester is over so it's the…

Im not sure if your talking about a normal popping/cracking sound or more like a crunching sound. A crunching sound could be crepitus. Its from wear and tear of your joints and as long as there is no pain then it can be helped through strengthening exercises and stretches. If it is a crunching sound, I would contact your…

It all depends on what your goals are, if your looking for "healthier" meats I would avoid meats that are higher in sodium and meats that have more fat. Personally, I eat lean meats and fish like chicken and salmon. Im not a huge meat person in general so I dont mind giving up other meats, but if you really dont want to…

I am so sorry for your losses. Feel free to add me. MFP adds a whole other element to trying to lose weight, it makes it so much more doable. My weight has fluctuated my entire life and it wasn't until I came here that I became so committed to not only losing weight but also to doing it in the healthiest way possible.
