  • Level 2, Day 2 DONE! Level 2, day 3, Done! I feel like today's workout was the best one so far and I hope I keep feeling stronger and more fit as the days go on. On to Day 4 tomorrow! Don't give up even though it's super tough, you will notice it getting better and better every day. Stick with it!! :)

  • Happy Mother's Day! Day #6 and 7 Done! Today felt great and I really feel the difference in endurance between Day 6 and 7. When she says on the DVD that you will start feeling it Day 5, 6 ,7 well I finally did today. Looking forward to Day #8 tomorrow!

  • Day 3 and 4 done (today). I did not have to stop during the second cardio portion today! Usually my legs are on fire and I have to take a few seconds rest but was able to push through today! On to Day 5 tomorrow! YOU CAN DO IT!

  • The last time I did this, I was so sore the first two days, I looked like a 90 year old walking up the stairs. This time on Day 2, I'm sore but it's manageable. Hot showers/baths help and I find massaging the sore spots helps as well and stretching and moving to avoid getting stiff especially before your next workout.

  • Day 2 for me too. I actually don't mind the side lunges, the push-ups and the squat/90 degrees arm lifts are giving me trouble though but it was a tad bit easier today so I'm hoping it gets easier as the days go on. Great job on completing Day 1/2, we are doing this!! :)

  • Done! Also I have a pair of 12 jeans that fit but leave me with a huge muffin top, so I took a before picture and I will compare after each level.
  • I'm hoping to do it for 30 days straight as it is currently the only work out I am going to be doing for the next 30 days. I have been on a plateau for 1 week and put the scale away and will not take it out until I'm done the shred. I"ll take my measurements too today so that I can see any changes.
