a million times yes! My scale has been at the exact same number for about a month. Now, I get that I haven't been weighing my food but the last time i tried MFP, I didn't weigh my food and lost 30 lbs. I wouldn't even mind if the scale went up but it's been exactly the same forever!

Maybe try some wraps (less bread) with interesting salad type fillings? I'm guessing he wants something he can eat with one hand while driving or on the phone or radio. I'm in a similar boat. When I was younger, I just had to regulate my eating a little, work out more and the weight would come off pretty quickly. Now, at 48, it seems like I'm doing much more work and getting much less reward. :(

Thanks for the great advice! I'm not too worried about it. I just thought it seemed strange when I don't feel I'm eating all that much protein but I'm in the red. I'll keep focussing on the overall calories and see how it goes.
