Yay for smaller clothes! I am still suffering from body dismorphia and grab a size or 2 bigger than what I am currently wearing. It is an awsome feeling to ask the clerk for a size smaller than hanging your head to ask for a size larger.

CONGRATS from one PCOS lady to another! My sister also has PCOS and was able to get pregnant naturally and quite by surprise after dropping 50 pounds. You are on the right track and I hope that you hit the baby jackpot soon.

Awesome! I have been collecting shirts from the 5ks I have been doing. Hope to have them made into a throw one day. Might sound cheesey but image being able to wrap yourself up in your accomplishments.:happy:

Thank you for the response. I wasnt sure if I should do a big jump at once or spread it out over time. The better option may be what you did. Perhaps since the intensity of my workouts are increasing it will offset any gains.

Hate my B belly! I am 5' 7 and currently 204 but i had it when I was at 160 many years ago. I figure that it will always be with me but perhaps I can minimize it byadding some core exercises.

WAY TO GO!! I started the c25k program. I have never had any desire to run before but now I really enjoy it. I am not a fast runner but I am faster than I was! Every day is an improvement. You are an inspiration to me.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! 30 lbs down is a huge deal and you should be very proud. I started late March with a SW of 224.5. CW is 209. Hoping to reach my goal weight of 175 by the end of the year. You can do it!!
