I wear a Shock Absorber sports bra and and Under Armour compression top. They don't budge! There's no way to target just that area, but as I've lost inches all over, they've got a bit smaller.

I'm alternating Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and this. Started NMTZ for the first time yesterday. It was pretty tough but I got through it! Can't say the same for BFBM, I've done it twice now and haven't quite made it to the final circuit! But I'm sure I'll get there eventually :)

Yes. I'm a UK size 10 everywhere except my chest. I've lost an inch off my bust already - it seems to be the only place! I am pleased to be more in proportion, but I'm still a FF/G cup - they will never be tiny!

The Pill can sometimes cause you to retain more water, which shows up as weight gain.

I'm sure a lot of the time people say it with general concern, but mostly I reckon it's just because they feel threatened seeing you succeed at achieving your goals.

About to start this tomorrow. I previewed the video this evening. Yikes! I think the only way I'm going to get through is by constantly reminding myself that it's only for 20 minutes...

Cripes, I'm on L1D8 today! Seems to have just flown by... Got to take a couple of days off tomorrow and the day after as I'm going to be away, will hopefully be back in time to do D9 on Sunday. I hope the break won't affect my fitness levels too much - perhaps I'll do an extra day of L1 on Monday to make up for it.

Ooh, I'm a bit late. And hello, I'm new! I completed L1D4 today (after a break yesterday as I was out of town all day). Looking forward to reaching the halfway point of the level tomorrow. Favourite bit is the punching bit. Least favourite is the abs thing at the end. For some reason I really struggle to co-ordinate myself!
