Hello I just found the group.and I hope you don't mind me joining in. I'm 234 lbs. this is the most I've weighed in my life! I don't wear Jeans,my Dresses and skirts are around 16-18 in size. I'm just round all over!

Honey you might need something more challenging, I use her videos quit a bit.but when I don't fill like It doesn't take much effort. I jump into her 4 mile workout!. Or You might need something like Barry's Boot Camp! He'll really put it to ya! :sad:

Hello I just joined this program today.I'm looking for some support myself. My whole family is thin,so it's hard to get the real support I need at home. I need to lose at least 80lbs. I have in mind to just take it one day at a time! I can do this!!
