Hi Everyone! I've had a little bit of a setback. Last week my circuit classes all involved kettle bells and as a result, I hurt my lower back. I took yesterday and today off from working out and I will start back walking tomorrow.

Since I'm about to try the Whole30, I started putting whole fat coconut milk in my coffee - the one in the can. I didn't think I could live without sugar and cream, but it is not bad. I added tsp of 100% cocoa too.

My co-workers and I are going to start working out with the DVDs - how are they? We were doing 30 day shred, but a couple of people were experiencing knee problems (some had knee problems before)
