Honestly I'm not sure. I never really was a runner ever. I dont have anyone who can critic me on my form.

I think I'm going to drop back my mileage, and drop my walk breaks completely. I'm going to do a 5k, novice plan, followed by a 5k intermediate plan, then an advanced 5k plan. After 6 months I'll reevaluate.

So for my long runs I should eliminate the walks altogether? Would this be for both my shorter weekly ones too? No walking? I would probably have to do quarter mile distance increases instead of 1 mile step ups. Would I jog at 13:30 or go somewhere like 15:00?

I do long runs one day typically Saturday usually at 13:30 pace for 3 minutes then 1 minute of walking. Short runs are 2-4 miles 2 days a week, I don't typically time them. No I did not have knee problems. The walk always gives me a chance to get accumulated, so as long as i stretch I am ok.

Ask someone in the produce department . The tags I've found all say Spaghetti Squash, and they are usually with the onions/ potatoes for whatever reason.

Yeah, I'm am definitely doing the 'diet'. It is taking work to get back in there. I was WAY too low with my calories yesterday so I snacked at night... which isn't good. So I need to get back in the groove.

Thank you for your response, I went for a walk tonight, and I jogged very short distances. I went 3 miles in an hour, big sigh. I think I'll just stay with walking and move onto jogging. Basically starting all over is very discouraging but its better than gaining even more weight.

Its really going to depend on what type of weather you typically run in. Is it cold like 40's or cold like 60's or is it raining... I have a few light weight jackets.I don't own any of the heavier cold jackets because its never that cold where I live. They all have pockets. My favs are ones that have breathable pockets…

I have problems with traditional shorts riding up when I run.. then I get chaffing and I don't like seeing stretch marks. So I use spandex shorts, like the really tight ones, and then wear more a running short over them. I've also found nike shorts that are right above my knee, they look like cotton but they definitely…
