I'm a meat eater but I don't force meat on others. If people want to abstain from meat that's fine with me. If they feel healthy and happy with their diet who am I to judge them?

Speaking of old clothes, I dug a pair of 12 yo jeans out and they fit. My son saw me and the first thing he said was OMG, MOM, Dad's wearing skinny jeans! I was so mortified I went and took them off. Funny thing is they were just regular cut jeans back in the day..

I've had several of these attacks. For me it seems that meals high in fat trigger them. After watching my fat intake at meals I have yet to have a severe attack. I'm sure at some point I will eventually have to have it removed but I'm biding my time with a healthy diet.

I have turned to Arnold Palmers as well as a way to avoid pop. I buy the Great Value unsweetened iced tea and mix it with Minute Maid 15 calorie lemonade. It's very good and has way fewer calories than pop. I've even helped convert my best friend from his 4-5 pop's a day with this drink... Good luck...
