  • Both of you ladies have read my mind. I don't like what I see. And I am looking for change because of that. I can live with the grey hair, just not the layers of fat that are rubbing together between my thighs. I really am working to get rid of that.
  • absolutely fantastic Kel! Be proud of your accomplishment. I know that I am for YOU!
  • OMG! Thank you. I needed that. I truly Laughed out Loud, and considering it's only January 4th, and I am obsessing about calories, I needed the giggle.

  • What a dilemma you are having. Maybe on the off days that you are not running?
  • Good for you! I wish I believed in myself enough to sign up for a 10 mile. Keep up the good work Maria. And please, keep posting. It's great to hear!
  • Well done. Looks like I have some improvement to do...lol

  • Welcome aboard Steph! You will find us to be a very supportive bunch, through both good and bad times. Enjoy the journey!
  • Week One is Done! I made it. Tomorrow is weigh-in and measure day, so I'm looking forward to seeing if there has been an improvement at all, not that I am expecting any, to be honest. But I have to say that I am very proud of myself. I really didn't think that I had it in me, and that is quite the motivating factor in my…
  • I loved the recovery DVD. Now the core cardio on the other hand (day 5). That was NOT NICE. But I made it (kind of), and I can't remember when almost every muscle in my body ached as much as my body is right now. I truly am looking forward to Tuesday (the 7th day....complete rest....THANK YOU). I am noticing that I am able…
  • Kel, thank you. I just took the time to read this through, and I really need to re-think how I am going about the eating side of this diet loss that I need to accomplish. Very interesting read, and I will be spending more time reviewing this on the weekend. Thank you for giving me something to think about.
  • Just take your time. And as Shaun T has been saying, go slow if you have to so that you do not compromise form. I am a fitness instructor, and understand that concept.... But great job Simply!
  • The one I ordered is supposed to be compatible with this site, so we will see. At least I hope so. I just want to be able to monitor correctly is all.
  • I started my first week of insanity on Wednesday. Cannot wait to see the results myself. I am hoping that it will be worth this soreness that I am feeling today. LOL. Please feel free to add me too. Support is the way to go when it comes to weight loss!
  • I hear you Jilleebean. I measured myself yesterday to keep track of it all. And broke down and bought a heart rate monitor through Amazon. I am hoping that it helps with the calorie counting aspect for recording purposes. It's been a few hours since my 2nd workout, and I am feeling the muscles starting to seize a bit. I…
  • WTG Mariababe8! Nicely done!
  • I have to agree with Dana. Try swapping to morning for a few days and see what happens. It's worth a shot. I know I sleep well through the night....lol
  • You ladies are giving me something to look forward too tomorrow. V-pushup's eh? Well, bring it on. I know that I am not going to like it, but I'll do my best. I have a lower back issue, so a lot of the jumping exercises I have modified so that there is no pain for day 2. I just have to keep that in mind as I go. And no…
  • I just finished the fit test and realized that this is a killer workout. I feel good that I got through, but crappy because I thought I would have done better. Either way, I am looking forward to ploymetric cardio tomorrow. Have fun all!
  • And mine from this morning. This was harder than I thought, but I modified the power jumps (didn't jump as high) and the suicide jumps (lower back issues - walked back instead of jumping back). Overall, not bad, but a lot to improve upon. 1. Switch Kicks=58 2. Power Jacks=36 3. Power Knees=80 4. Power Jumps=26 5. Globe…
  • Hello everyone. It's funny we are all of the same mind. I bought my copy last night, and am going to start it tomorrow with the fit test. I am super excited about this, and can't wait to see results.
  • 9 holes of golf in last night, and 20 minutes of 30 lbs shred this morning. My triceps are letting me know that they are still attached to my body. Not happy, but still there. LOL.
  • I was going to wait, but I am going to start tomorrow morning. I have 9 holes of golf tonight, otherwise I would do it this evening. So wish me luck. I can just imagine the burn by lunch tomorrow. LOL
  • LOL Jlux08, love the comment. :flowerforyou:
  • I'll be starting on Monday  so I'm looking forward to the results myself.
  • Good question. Any ideas anyone?????
  • I'm in too. I've got the CD at home and have started and stopped twice. So third time is the charm!
