This is very reassuring. I will try to add more magnesium, as my digestive system allows and hope for the best. I had a cheat day with plenty of carbs yesterday and sleep was even worse, so lesson learned! Back on the horse today.

I recently purchased 2 of Leslie's DVD's (3 Mega Miles- with the band, Belly Blasting Walk) and would like to alternate and do them 6 times a week. Can't wait to see my progress. Hi, I'm new to the group but have been doing the LS DVD's for about 2 months. Mostly the 1 or 2 miles, but today I did 3 miles! The goal is to walk 2 miles 6x a week. February Goal: 40 miles February 1 - 3 miles 37 to go

I started week 2 of the Prep Schedule today. I do feel "lost" sometimes because she goes so fast, but when that happens I just start dancing to keep my heart rate up. I think the more I stick with it the better I will get and I refuse to quit. I've heard of people getting amazing results when they stick with it.
