Hi I take BCAA because I am vegetarian 10g pre/during workout. Sometime I use PHD VMX pre-workout but only for cardio HIIT and Tabata. I usually just have something to eat before I lift a balanced protein & Carb and I drink a Whey shake post workout

It's quiet and no one bothers you, everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. It's close to work and cheap £16 a month. It's got loads of equipment and a tabata spin class :)

I'm 5'9" I've lost 10lb between these 2 pics I'm 164 on the left and 154 on the right I've also gained half inch in height due to better posture and I've lost 4" off waist. I'm still going

I'm veggie down 11lbd in this pic, main change in diet was adding protein I'm hovering around 100g a day now was 35g on average previously

I do mine with a 30kg bar and I do 3 sets of 6 reps

I do spin twice a week, 3 days of weights sometimes I do legs, bums and tums or Zumba. Spin is my favourite but weights give me better results. I pay £16 for my gym membership I think it's reasonable

I do weights in the gym and body weight at home - weights have made a significant difference to me.

You could just cut out dairy rather than go vegan I've been veggie for 20 years but I am still not ready to go vegan it's a big step.

I go at lunchtime and as I am at work I do tend to wear makeup at the gym I use an 8 hour foundation and waterproof mascara

A lot of your initial weight loss will be water and it will return. I overcame my plateau by increasing calories - have you calculated you BMR the 1200 caps MFP gives you isn't enough for the average person especially if you are exercising

I log all my lifts and weight but I never count it towards my calories for the day

We have a flexible work policy where I can come in earlier and finish later, some days I work 12 hours and can take toil. Can you request flexible working for well-being it's good to have healthy fit employees they take less sick leave. I make a huge batch of protein flapjacks at the beginning of the week and I have these for breakfast with a fruit they have dates and nuts and died fruit with protein powder on the weekend I have poached eggs with spinach and mushrooms

I've done strict exercise 4 times a week and cycling to work and diet for 6 weeks I have lost 2lbs and 0.5kgs body fat 1cm off belly - it's not going to happen in a week sorry I would recommend you measure body fat instead of weight

I had a thigh gap I was 19 yrs old anorexic, 7 stone and 5 ft 9, two yrs later I almost died 8 pints of blood for severe anaemia. Happy to not have a thigh gap now :)

I shop at Aldi family of 5 (me, hubby, 14 year old, 8 yr old and 2 yr old) £60-90 per week mostly fresh fruit and veg the kids do have the occasional pizza but its mostly fresh, that's including cleaning stuff, nappies etc too so not bad really

Looks like lots of sugar and some junk food in there e.g. pizza and cheeseburgers maybe a bit more cooking at home and more salads and steak or fish and chicken, water intake looked low - unless your not logging it? HTH Nat x

I have been told that my ideal weigh is 160 lbs I am tall I currently weigh 146 lbs - I carry weight on my middle and I have skinny arms and legs I have to keep my weight low to keep my belly in check and I have a thick waist even now

I'm eating between 1200-1700 gym at least 3 times per week it has taken me 3 months now the weight has started to come off I've lost 3 punds since 30th June
