How often do you weigh yourself?

    I usually weight once a week- but I was one of those who could not handle daily weighing. I would obsess or get too anxious about any weight gains. i have learned though this site that weight loss is not linear- so I may not lose but it does not mean that i have done anything"wrong"- in fact i might have done all I know to do and still not lose- but then later I will lose.

    Once a day but I don't always log it. If it goes up one day I will usually wait and see about the next day before logging

    Almost every morning and I ways add to MFP whether it's gone up or down
