One tip I have is Don't overcook the steaks or any meat that isn't ground!! It makes a huge difference, keep it a little pink in the middle and it is tender an juicy. I have used Hannah - Tzatziki Yogurt Dip we got from Costco..... I think it came up to 63 calories for 2.5 Tablespoons. On some lettuce, tomatoes,onions and feta cheese. Very tasty salad in my eyes! :smile: Mark

My guess is if you weighed out 1 oz raw at x amount of calories it would be the same after you dehydrated it .... What did it lose? Water! And how many calories is water? Just add it to the database if you can't find it....... You have all the info there to add it... Kind of a pain, but then it will be there for everyone and you too! Raw is the way most foods are listed before cooking. Too many variables if fried etc. I think that youlog it as the raw calories even if it is less weight…
