How do you log foods that you've canned yourself? I do some canning and have things like zucchini relish, low sugar jams, cowboy candy, etc.

    I canned some jalapenos and just figured everything i used withe recipe calculater on this site.

    How did you figure out servings per jar?

    Just use whatever amount you would typically use as a serving and go by volume. For example, jams and salad dressings, I would use a tablespoon and there are 32 tablespoons per pint jar. For soup or spagetti sauce, I would use a cup and there are 4 per quart jar. Create your full batch recipe, then after you've divided into separate jars you can count up the total servings. HTH
