Hi guys, I tried SPINNING yesterday!!! So new to me....I must admit I have to get used to the intensity of that work out!

I'm one week post surgery and feeling great....only walking right now but will resume running in a few...no lifting until 6 weeks post surgery...but I can resume jogging soon :)

Congrats my dear! Doesn't that feel good!!!!! Feels a whole lot better than any ice cream or pizza :) We have sooooo much in common, I do the same things, TO DO Lists and Weight Loss goals!!! Congrats on a job well done, keep on inspiring and pushing me!
