  • Yes, they are packaged and you have to be careful, I make my own, I can give you the recipe if you'd like. Basic ingredients are oats, peanut butter and protein powder. All natural and very yummy!:drinker:

  • I too enjoy a good protein bar or shake (or two) they really help me stay on track by fueling my body with the protein I need (plus vitamins)! I like to add a couple of ice cubes in the blender and it tastes like a chocolate shake!

I know I have a couple of shakes a day but I dont buy the premixed shakes, I buy the powder and mix my own since its cheaper and I mix mine with water…
  • Just be patient, hey, its better to keep up the good work than get upset and give up! Maybe you just need some extra rest, take a day or two off and then get back on track, a rest might just give you the boost you need to keep going! Good Luck!:bigsmile:
