change up your routine. that always helps me. whether i dont go to the gym for 2 days or just do strength training instead of cardio. eat something u normally wont eat to "surprise" your body

i know exactly what you are talking about. at my gym they just call it a stairmaster. and i LOVE it. at first i could only do like 10 mins but now im on it if not the whole time, most of my time at the gym. my usual days are about 40 mins.

being married. hand down! being a parent is so easy although it takes a lot to take care of a baby and no sleep and blah blah blah but being married is way harder

im in :) current weight - 181 goal weight - 140 mini goal ;jan1 - 160 before i got pregnant i was at my goal weight and happy with myself, i enjoyed my body for about 3 months until i got pregnant and now im this fat mess:( but i wanna do this i know i can when i see others lose 100 + lbs!!! WE CAN DO THIS!
