  • Hey, I'm anaemic too . My doctor suggest me to eat balanced meal and get proper sleep . I think vegan diet is not suitable for an anaemic (correct me if I'm wrong) :) and actually it depends on what type of anemia is you .

  • i've done insanity and currently doing T25 . T25 has a modification for beginner so it's not really intense on the knee
  • oh oh..i'm planning on doing blogilates too!! :D my plan is to stick with yoga and pilates during July , they were my least fav xp

  • 2 more days and it's Ramadhan !! :D for me,the best is to exercise1 hour before iftar and maybe if you willing to wake early then u can exercise before sahur. or maybe eat just to fuel yourself on iftar then workout and after terawih u can eat just like dinner :) only suggestion tho :)

  • hey :) First of all,congratz on making change to become more healthy. As for ur question,dont worry it's normal at the beginning because of out of shape. next week it'll be better trust me . and make sure to know how much caloried you need a day and the most important is do not eat below ur BMR .   • Hey :) I'm doing Insanity too!! Currently in week 3 . To count the calories burnt..well..you do need a HRM . But I'm no longer doing it because I usually disappointed because I just burnt around 300 calories per workout lol so I just do it and have fun :D

  • Sometime I exercise when I'm stress. Sometime I binge Sometime when no food in the refrigerator or don't have space to exercise I listen to hardcore music,OH YEAH :wink:
