July Goals

What are your July goals? I plan to get at least my 10,000 steps in daily and eat at least 6 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Please share your goals here.

    i want to finally get below 200 lbs, its going to be a stretch though, been stuck around 205 for the better part of a month and a half now

    To continue to weigh food accurately stay under calorie goal and as close to macros as possible and get to 150lbs that's 3lbs away

    Drop under 300 forever -- I'm currently hovering between a little above and a little below and weighed exactly 300 this morning -- by the 4th. I'm way too tall and large-framed to want to get under 200, so this is my one chance to pass an even hundred threshold.

    Get well under 290, preferably 285 by the end of July.

    I want to increase my exercise up to 45 minutes, 5 days a week, instead of 30 minutes, 5 days a week.

    Run at least twice a week, at least one of those being a 5K, and the other doing hill work.
    Maintain weight loss - lose a few more pounds, maybe...
    Get 10000 steps in at least 5 days a week.

    oh oh..i'm planning on doing blogilates too!! :D

    my plan is to stick with yoga and pilates during July , they were my least fav xp

    Hoping to get over this plateau...

    I want to stay under my calorie goal every day, and I'm also going to try not drinking alcohol for the entire month.

    Additionally, I'd like to break 100lb for bench press (at 95lb right now).

    For July my goal is to listen to my "food conscience" more. Sometimes I think "I don't REALLY want the rest of this (treat food) but I have the calories so I'll finish it all". I need to start eating it, then throwing away or sharing the rest when I don't truly want to eat it.

    Start my bodyweight training excersises!
    I've been hiking and biking a lot and it's time to
    make sure I keep the decent amount of muscle
    I have under this weight I am loosing!

    I'd like to be 215 by the end of July and gain more muscle so I have better endurance in my workouts.

    Keep weighing and logging all food.
    Eat less sugar.
    Keep below my TDEE-15% all month!
    Keep walking at least 2.25 miles per day!
