Sticking with water, you can always add fruits and vegetables- Cucumber (peeled) and Lemon, Slices of Orange, Sliced Strawberries, fresh mint. . . pretty much anything you like. Also, herbal teas. I stay away from anything artificial as much as possible. if it's artificial than its chemicals. . . . I just don't prefer that.

I'm in! Nov 1,2,&3- Insanity workout, 40 minutes the 1 and 2, and today they threw in the cardio abs, so that added another 15 minutes to the typical 40. I need the motivation to keep going with this. Please help! I am hoping that checking in will keep me going. Thanks!

www.runwalkjog.com(or net) you can map a walk, it will give you the distance, calories spent, time it will take and intensity of the walk(up hills and downhills). Hope that helps, it is fun to play with and discover places out your front door:)

I have cut the fruit, and added protein, lettuce and turkey wrap or cottage cheese and veggies, or cheese stick. The lettuce wrap is really filling and keeps me from starving for a long time. But I agree with the other posters that you need more protein...
