i am a type 2 diabetic and thats the reason i am here my ac1 was at 11.1 = just milimeters away from insulin-after my fitness pal for 3 months my next test was 6.3 -life saving lifestyle change

I am 60 and have only lost 35 but as far as diabetes concerns go, I dropped my ac1 from 11.1 to 6.3 which is even more important than what i look like. So maybe instead of looking at 100 pounds make the goal 25 pounds then another then another -good luck to you friend

the doctor told me lose weight or die so ive kept my dairy 115 days in a row and have lost 36 lbs but mor eimportantly my ac1 level has gone from a dangerous 11.1 to a great 6.2- it all depends on the seriousness of the consequences of the extra pounds

i really struggled the first weel on a 1700 calorie a day goal-but after gthe first week I was able to regularly keep under 1300 calories now i stay around 950 to 1200 calories a day-thius lifestyle change works but you have to be dedicated and be truthful when writing down your food-good luck

I have type 2 diabetes and the doctor has ordered me to not eat sugar unless it comes from fruit. The caveat for my diabetes is I have to eat a protein with it to slow it down entering my system so a piece of low fat string cheese or almonds. i like a recumbent bike it is easier on my knees-if you want to get a workout thta includes strength training-the toyal gym worked for me
