Same here - husband watches the kids. Also, my house is messy! Meals are quick or made ahead on workout days. And when my husband can't watch them, I let them watch (gasp!) TV or a movie while I work out. I clean and cook on the weekends when I have more time. Or on weekdays that I don't work out.

Thanks - From what I hear, it does take a long time to heal. It's already been a week and it hurts to walk, sit, lie down, stand...it could be worse definitely, but it's still a bummer. :grumble:

Pizza. mmmm....pizza...if there is pizza in the vicinity I will eat it until it is gone and it doesn't matter how much there is. I simply cannot control myself, so I avoid having it around when at all possible (for example, when hubby suggests ordering pizza, I scream "NO" like a recovering crackhead).

Thanks guys - There are several shoes at Kohl's that are, say, regularly $80 or $90, on sale for $69.99 or even less. What people said about the shoe breaking down - that is what the salesman was telling me. If that is not an issue, and I check out how a shoe stacks up at Runners' World and in reviews online, and it fits…

I set aside at least 30 minutes. I tend to go longer than that depending on how I feel or if a good show is on lol!

I know taking the time to stretch is important - I have to force myself to slow down and do it right after my run....I read somewhere that one should stretch after warming up but I tend to skip that part to try to save time (I want to burn as many calories as possible in as little time as possible - don't we all, right?).…

I know how you feel. I drink a bottle of wine every night unless I make a conscious effort not to. Sometimes I have 2 - if I start too early in the evening.
