Hi my name is macey and i want to celebrate with yall my first 10 lbs lost ... ive been doing the 30 day shred and dieting and doing some of her other dvds here are my photos of working hard for two weeks...

    You are doing great and I see a big difference! I've heard nothing but great things about the 30-day shred and I've pretty much made up my mind to buy it. Keep it up! So...how long did it take you to lose that much?

    10 pounds is fantasic! It's okay if no one notices sometimes, as long as you notice and are proud of youself thats all that count

    Ten pounds is great!!!! Look how far you've come. It's so hard to get the courage to start the journey.

    Great job, Marcy! I can see the difference in you! It's funny, cuz I lost 10 lbs and I can't see it in, yet other people have noticed. You've motivated me to start taking pictures so I can celebrate the differences I wouldn't otherwise notice. Thanks for being an inspiration!
