SW: 211 8-16-2011 CW: 156 7-12-2014 GW: 150 8-16-2014 UWG:140-35 ? I AM 50 YEARS OLD MY HEALTHY WEIGHT IS 118 BUT IS BEEN HARD ,SOMETIMES I STOP LOOSING WEIGHT AND FROM JAN 2014 TIL 6-2014 I GAINED AROUND 8 POUNDS BUT I AM BACK ON TRACK.

same situation, I can't loose weight for about 2 months. I have a lot of stress at work and do not have time to count my calories or take lunch from home.help me please, I need to loose at least 20 mote pounds.

Body Pump is great it helps me maintain my weight and get stronger. At the beginning i was sore , but not now. I been increasing weight little by little.

great job ! u looked completely toned.I am 5 feet I was 211 when I started my journey. I am 154 now, I am away 25 pounds to reach my goal. Tell me ur routine. I am doing 3x/week body pump, Zumba 6x/week and walk 20-30 uphill.

u can do it, I lost 55 pounds already. It took me 2 yrs but it worth it. I feel great, still want to loose 20-5 pounds .to rich my healthy weight.

yes I take Zumba classes on weds and M,T,W ,Th, F, and S I do Cardio Latin is Latin dance with modern music

I have the same problem, next time I buy new clothes I buy them tight. that motivates me to loose weight.

I have the same problem, I hadn't loose weight for a few months. I been lifting weights and lost inches but weight the same. Can notice in the clothes. I do cardio 5-6 days /week, lifting 3 days/ week and 1 day kick boxing plus I do abdominals to lost my tommy.

u can start eating a diet of 1800 cal. eat veggies, fruits,fish, chicken, and meat twice a month. I began taking Zumba classes 2x week.

me too, I my case I think because I do exercises in the evening. I eat fruits or a green apple with peanut butter, almond milk banana shake.
