I push threw a cold and rest if its stomach related ive noticed for me if i have a head cold and give my workout all i can i feel a better sooner i tell myself im sweating out the germs lol but everyone's different maybe go with what makes you feel best :)

No not in two weeks sorry took about 6 months this was before i started logging again and then when the scale stalled i figure i would give mfp another try i was pregnant and lost some of it at the end and he is now 3 months so it was 6 months total :) im not trying to lose to fast i am trying to make a healthy lifestyle…

Very good point i have noticed having a lot more energy and being more up beat when cleaning the house or doing laundry! I also made it threw 30 ds lev 1 and the last few days were easy on to lev 2 know its a little more difficult woke up sore this am but i figure that means its working? lol at least i hope :)

thanks some good advice yeah i have only been logging for a few days went from 253 to 227 and the last two weeks i just haven't moved at least it has not gone up so thats good but i still have a ways to go and i guess i was just thinking it would come off faster will see today going to wait till after my workout to weight…

I love Jillian Michaels right now i switch it up between kick box fast fix which is great and shed and shred also wonderful ive tried boost metabolism and done 30 day shred her videos really get you moving :) and she always makes me smile

Thanks everyone I have been losing steadily. I can tell cause my clothes are beginning to get baggy. I Just finished 30 day shred been doing Jillian Michaels ultimate fitness for the wii. I was thinking of lowering to 1300 but maybe ill stay where im at for now.

I have not got on a scale since i started 3 mnths ago im terrified to makes me nervous just thinking about it lol but i figure oh well in a few more mnths maybe ill feel better about been judging my progress by how my clothes are being to fit looser
