Jillian Michael's Kickbox Fast Fix Results

I am just wondering if anyone has noticed big results using this program. I have it and have been rotating the workouts 1,2,3 and it seems like I am already noticing changes in my body but wanted to see what others thought of this program.

    Im a big Jillian Fan ! I Cant say I love her Kickbox Fast fix . But her workout always deliver results

    I love Jillian Michaels right now i switch it up between kick box fast fix which is great and shed and shred also wonderful ive tried boost metabolism and done 30 day shred her videos really get you moving :) and she always makes me smile
