No I don't tell people how to eat. I do share food ideas with certain co-workers like new salad ideas because we are all eating them and I like to give new ideas to keep us from getting bored. If they showed up with a bag of chips I wouldn't say anything. I wouldn't want someone telling me what I should be eating.

I drink 2-3 cups a day. I use fat free hazelnut right now. I am about to switch to sugar free hazelnut after the creamer runs out. I think I could do without coffee. It would take some getting use to. It was hard not drinking it while I was pregnant. I did have a few cups during that time... Oh and I drink regular.

I like Chobani. The other day I added a little honey and bananas in plain greek yogurt. It was so good! I normally buy the flavored ones to snack on. They are a bit high in sugar, so I am trying to flavor the plain now to control the sugar. There is a lot of great tasting brands. I would just buy a few little ones and try…
