    stir fry with veggies
    lemon pepper chicken
    honey basil chicken
    steak!!!

lots of steak nom nom nom
    eat all the steaks

    and veggies.

I don't vary a whole hell of a lot- I just kind of let it be- just buy and cook chicken once a week- and then do steak ever two weeks. I look up easy paleo recipes or just start adding **** in- it's easier for me to have an idea then cook by smell.

SLOW COOKERS ARE YOUR FRIEND!!!! USE IT LOVE IT LEARN IT!!!
This is my favorite chicken curry receipe

don't be scared by the blending- it makes it super delicious.

My wife is going to kill me for sharing this, but here it is.

1lb chicken bread, cook on stovetop. (or more)
Add about 1/2 cup chicken stock and a tablespoon of basil pesto and sautee.
Add 1-1.5 packages of low fat cream cheese
Add 1-2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard w/chardonnay (French's)
    Cook on low until smooth.

Serve with no oil rice pilaf and some stir fry veggies and you won't be disappointed.

Veggie omelet with a really flavorful cheese sprinkled on top. I find the stronger the flavor of the cheese, the less I have to use to satisfy my palate. :-)

I like to make baked chicken or salmon with a side of veggies and a salad with healthy dressings
I make a mean vegetarian stir fry with tofu
use coconut oil or olive oil when frying stuff

    eggs

home made fruit and yogurt parfaits with greek yogurt and bulk granola

you can get frozen organic fruit and veggies

    home made soups

If you have a fav recipe you normally like; try googling a healthy version of it

recipes.com has a lot of stuff on there.

Message me for more ideas if you want!
