If I want something salty instead of sweet, I melt 1 Light Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge (1.5 g fat) in a few spoonfuls of natural salsa & I toast the wrap (as listed in my last reply) but instead of cinnamon & stevia , I use sea salt or garlic.

I mix 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese & 1/2 c frozen berries, a dash of vanilla & stevia in a blender. It's like protein packed berry soft serve! If I'm really hungry, I also crisp up a Mission Low Carb Wheat Tortilla (6 net carbs so it won't kill me to eat it at night). To toast, spray w coconut cooking spray (any will work),…

Story of my life!!! Lol. I lost 12 inches and only 2 lbs over the past month. Makes no sense but my clothes are falling off.. I'd def rather lose inches then lbs. I decided to stay away from the scale. I was becoming obsessed with it - it would make or break my entire day.

(It sounds weird but it somehow works) -1/3 c Chopped/Shredded Chicken (I buy rotisserie chicken and use the breast meat - quicker/easier) -1/3 c Fat Free Greek Yogurt -1 Small Apple Diced -1/8 c Chopped Walnuts -1 tsp Garlic Powder -1 tsp Lemon Juice 1…

It all depends on the type of calories your eating... Or you might not be eating enough. I was stuck at the same weight for months, then my dr suggested I add more calories (500 more a day!!!! - lots of lean protein) - I did and BAM, it worked! Good luck :)

^^^^Wow! Roid-Rage much???

The Balsamic Vinaigrette and Dijon Vinaigrette are delicious! (I also use them to add flavor to my chicken - The Basalmic V is fantastic drizzled over chicken, brown rice and steamed broccoli.)
-
You're welcome!

Also - my son and I have this every night...I put frozen fruit (usually strawberries, blackberries & blueberries) in the bullet with some seltzer water and stevia. (I know the seltzer sounds weird but for some reason it works) Make it really thick and it's like having an Italian Ice - and it's only 50 calories per cup!
-
I use it to make "ice cream"...really just a frozen banana and some almond milk. Make it thick and it comes out like soft serve! You could add cocoa or some frozen strawberries. The banana is sweet enough so you don't have to use sweetners. I recently tried adding a tiny drop of peppermint extract and that was really good!

The Tyson - Green bag chicken tastes the best! Just watch the sodium!
-
You are definitely being too hard on yourself... We all go over from time to time. And good for you not settling!
-
I throw frozen fruit and a little seltzer in a blender... If you make it thick, it comes out like Italian Ice. It's my nightly treat
-
I have to try this!

Have you ever tried the Vegetti??? It cuts veggies (zucchini, squash, carrots, cucumbers) like linguine. I prepare it the same way I would pasta. Tonight I cooked it up with a little evoo, spinach & garlic.
-
Lol! That is the best!!!!! I haven't done that in years!

Chips

The last one...because it's the only one I could see!!!

I know just about every word to every episode of The Golden Girls. :)

I eat them all the time! It's like getting 2 pieces of bread for the calories of 1! And they're high in fiber. I like eating an entire sandwich - not 1/2! lol

Thanks for posting this recipe! Definitely something I'll be trying!
