I took Celexa throughout high school and gained 50 pounds. I can't blame it all on the medication, as I ate everything and was a lazy bum. Now I'm on Cipralex, which is basically a lower dose Celexa and haven't had any weight issues. Good luck :)

Also, I'm in my best friends wedding in June, and I'm scared if I do this I won't fit into the dress. I should be back to my original weight/less by June... right?

I can totally relate. I've lost close to 50 pounds and I'm pretty sure it all came from my boobs. I used to be an hourglass (a large one at that) but now I'm leaning much more towards a pear. My thighs drive me insane. However, when I start to feel discouraged, I look back at where I was. I've lost about 5 inches off both…

When at the age of 19, I stepped on the scale and it was almost 180 (5'3")!!! This was just a few years after my grandpa had died from complications due to diabetes. It finally clicked that I was on the same scary path. I've now lost almost 50 pounds and can't imagine ever going back.

The last 5 pounds are killing me. I'm so close to my goal weight, but I have been for months. I swear they are stuck somewhere in my intestines and are hanging on for dear life. I've been trying to eat crazy good (LOTS of veggies and fruits, only good fats, few carbs, etc.) for the last little while, and have seen a bit of…

So right now I'm 129. I if I eat more than 1290 I'll gain? That makes me very sad. I don't think this rule applies at smaller weights... at least I sure hope not.

I'm 5'3.5" (I like to say I'm 5'4") and my goal is 125. Right now I'm about 130. These last 5 pounds have been killer. I'm really focusing now on toning and decreasing my BF%. I want to be skinny fit, not skinny fat.

Great job!!! Keep up the fantastic work.

I made my own little strength training plan. 3 sets of 12 reps. Lunges with weights, squats with weights, sit ups, push ups, bicep curls, tricep curls. It takes me about 20 minutes. I plan on increasing my weight (right now I lift 10 pounds) and my sets soon. I can already feel the difference. 30 minutes is plenty of time…

I was on Celexa for like 5 years and gained 50 pounds! I am now on Cipralex, which is pretty much the same stuff but I haven't gained any weight on it. I used to always blame my weight gain on my meds, but looking back, my lifestyle sucked too. Hope you are able to find one that works well for you!

Just be consistent. If you measure at the belly button today, measure at the belly button next time. Simple as that.

The one time I tried jogging a mile I did it 20 minutes :blushing: I need to work on it. I'm horrible at running. Any tips on how I can improve my endurance?

Tomato soup just has to go with grilled cheese sandwiches.

Generic white sugar  I tend to have a cup of tea or two everyday with 1 tsp of sugar.

Lots of fruit and veggies will do that to you. Don't worry about it. Your body will get used to this change soon.
