  • I agree with other posters. . . ROASTING - Yum! Hummus is the best too but watch the portion size.
  • LOVE Mio! Just tried a sample of the grape energy one this past weekend - it was delicious and I normally don't like anything grape. My favorite though is Orange/Tangerine. I ALWAYS have at least one Mio in my purse at all times. It comes in handy at work, at a restaurant or somewhere where the water is not so delicious.
  • I microwave some Progresso light soup - usually the 70-100 calorie versions for a total of 140-200 calorie very satisfying snack! If you can't microwave it at work, heat at home and bring in a thermos. Deeeeelicious!!! :flowerforyou:
  • It IS coming on tonight - Monday night is the regular night. My husband and I love the way we get inspired when we watch it, however, I was totally surprised last night when a McDonalds McRib commercial came on. Poor thing never had treats, or was able to really choose for himself and only ate those 4…
  • Try Valerian Root in capsule form (follow bottle directions) - works WONDERS for me and its all natural. Also, turn off all lights, cell phones, computer screens, tv OFF - keep the bedroom cool and dark. Good Luck!
  • Hmmmmm. . . :ohwell: seriously I don't miss anything! I eat what I love in moderation. Eat what you love and love what you eat! (as long as you have the calories!)
  • My husband and I eat at Subway a lot. . . we get the oven roasted chicken breast, no cheese on flatbread with ALL veggies (except black olives for me - YUCK!) I get a 6" with light mayo and a bag of baked lays and my meal (usually dinner) comes up to a little over 400 calories. I'm satisfied because I got to eat out, but…
  • Hi Nicole - I am very interested in joining! Thanks! I think for myself I'm now craving clean foods over fast foor and processed food (most of the time!) • You'll hear lots of theories, but IMHO, put items into your daily menu plan that seem like cheats, but fit into your calories. That way, you never really have to have a cheat day or slip up meal. It is going to happen occasionally, but if you plan for it, it will kill your weight loss. Good luck!
  • Oh my gosh that is AWESOME!!!!!!!! Dawn here I come!!!!! LOL!
  • Well that is terrific news! I always felt like I HAD to work out for 45 minutes or more in order to get any benefit. Now if I only have 30 minutes, I'll jump on that bike, and it'll be a breeze. Thanks for the info!

  • I have one thats very healthy but everyone devours it! I call it Caprese Sticks! Its a handheld twist on traditional caprese salad - mozzarella, basil and tomato. • Hi Girly! I think a lot of it depends on your intensity when you work out, and how much you weigh. I am in the 250's so I will burn probably double what you burn for 45 minutes at a high intensity level. (I'll catch up to you and burn less eventually!) I don't think what you are doing is not enough nor is it excessive! You…
