the elliptical is my favorite and i burn lots of cals and sweat like crazy when im on it...... i only use the elliptical with the moving arms so i can work out those too.... i can change the work load on the elliptical to toning up my legs and arms as well so for me its the cardio of my choice.......

i eat 3 oz of red meat and 4 oz of all other kinds of meat .....but i usually stick with chicken breast, fish,and turkey.........my protien is over to..... but as long as i use portion control on my foods and meats im good .......my dietition said each meal should be ....... fast carb, protien and slow carb or 3 serving…

yes i take one a day womens vitamin, iron , vitamin d and at least a 1/4cup of walnuts or 1 tbsp flaxseed ground for the omega 3, and tums for calcium because i was takin oscal but doc said tums is safer..... by me cutting so many cals i dont want to have any problems so doc put me on these......
