Great thanks!!! I used to love jogging but, then of course I stopped with the summer heat wave we had in Seattle this summer and hit the trails for hiking. Now that it's cooled down I think I can get back into it. Walk one day jog the next? Or even on nice days maybe a nature trail walk/hike.

I'm in! I need all the motivation I can get! My fitbit will be helping me track what I do. What suggestions would you have if someone had a tendency to start out strong then starts to slow down? What could I do to keep it going?

mine is easy. People telling me how to drive. I am an excellent driver, I know how to speed and not get caught, short cuts people don't know about, never been in an accident ect. People who tell me how to drive irritate me more than anything I can think of. Don't tell me how to drive and I wont be nit picky about how you…

HAHAHA oh man I had to think about that for a moment. I was 19 years old and it was my first bf. My folks were out of town and I had him stay the night with me. We were rough housing in my living room and he leaned down (like in the movies after rough housing the man leans down and kisses the girl for the first time) and…

5'5" and looking to hit at least 160 and see how I feel there. My efforts have slowed down since I started because, of back pains, and now a cold.

You want mine? I have dancer/gymnasts calves! I was just talking with my trainer about that the other day as well. He was saying since they're all muscles I'll probably never lose inches on them :(

I've got four now. The first is a cross I designed on my right butt-cheek for my beliefs, second is a trinity knot on my left hip bone for my Irish heritage (very little of) and because it means the circle of life, the third is the tramp stamp of a fancy butterfly and the newest addition is on my left foot and says…

I eat like that still! It's an annoying habit and not a healthy one either. What I have done in the past and I am trying to get myself into it again was, CHEW GUM! :) It kept my mouth busy, low calories and freshens breath :) I still have my pig out days where I want to much on anything and everything. I try water first,…

I am 5'5" and in high school Junior Year I did weight watchers and lost 40-50 pounds and weighed my lowest at 144pounds. I loved it and was happy! Then I slowly gained it all back, because I didn't know how to moderate my eating to maintain my weight. Then I got pregnant and gained even more weight! So my ultimate goal is…
