Well im 5'6" but close enough,im doing small attainable goals atm like 180, 170, 160, but my real goal is about 150 my ultimate goal if i've still got enough spirit to avoid maintaining will be 130. I will get there.0

Anywho, my goal is 93-115.
I know 93 is kinda low, but I'm recovering from an ED so it's not that bad0 -
5' 3.5" here and I've set mine at 115. I've got a small frame and early arthritis. I am told by my doctors the lighter I am the better my knees will feel.0

5'4, goal is 135. Currently 156.5, have lost nearly 7lb already Heaviest I've been was at the beginning of last year, at 168.
I will see how I feel when I get to 135 as to whether I feel I need to go further, but no more than another 9lb after that.
I am hoping to avoid the dreaded 'skinnyfat' this time, which is what I was last year when I lost 25lb, down to 143...no muscle whatsoever and still really high body fat %...so now I know a bit more what I'm doing, fingers crossed I will be properly slim!0 -
I'm 5'4 and currently 114. My body fluctuates between 110-115 and I'm pretty content with that most days0

When I weighed 135 I felt my best, so I am shooting for that again!
My lowest weight was 103, highest was 186, currently 162.0 -

I'm 5'4" and am currently 150lbs with a goal of 140 for now. We'll see if that's where I want to stay when I get there. 135 sounds good too. I have a small frame so I've seen the numbers that say I should be like 115 to 120 or something and I can't even remember being that when I was in jr high. I like muscle and some curves and I simply can't have either at a weight so low.0

I am 5'4 and I am aiming for between 125-130. I am currently 145 and on my frame it

I'm 5'4.5 Originally when I started on MFP my goal was 117 - I reached that and was maintaining about this time last year, but it was waaay too light for me. In hindsight looked ill, bony, stopped menstrating and felt weak and miserable a lot. Now I'm between 130 - 140 (upper end atm) and much happy (plus my boyfriend loves that I have my curves back ) I am focusing on lifting heavier weights, doing cardio I enjoy and eat delicious healthy foods Good luck everyone x0

5'3" I am 147lb (66kg) at the moment want to get down to 140lb (63kg).

I'm 5ft4 and aiming for 112lbs. My weight fluctuates a lot so I would like to be 110/112lbs and never go above 119.
Saying that I would be so happy just to reach 126 and stay below that. Currently I am 135lbs0 -
My goal is to get to around 65kg but I guess for now I am focussing on getting my BMI down first to normal and then after that try and maintain things.... I have come down in the 3 weeks I have been monitoring my calories in and out, and have managed to do some form of exercise at least 5 days a week for the last 3 weeks.0
