I'm 5'4" and am aiming for 150lbs. I felt healthy at that weight.0

5'4 here and aiming for 125. I was 127 at my lightest, and I'd be happy around 125-130 with a lower BF %.0

I'm 5'5.5'' and I'd like to be somewhere between 125lbs-135lbs.. I'm currently at 148!0

I'm 5.4 and I have already lost 25 pounds, I'm looking to lose 18 more pounds. But unfortunately Its getting harder to lose the weight the lower I get... Still confident though!0

I'm 5'3" and I'm aiming for 110. I'm also small framed so this is the perfect weight for me.

5'5' goal weight is 143-145 body Fat of around 23%. i'm more muscle than fat, so my weight hangs around 1500

I'm 5'5 and am right at 150. Would like to lose another 5-10 pounds but my family is getting really upset over me setting another goal. I know I have to do it for me and not everyone else.0

I'm 134 and wish I was about 115 (I have a "medium" frame). However, I'm not planning on losing weight. I look fine, except that I can't rid of the "belly" I've always had since I was a kid (my doctor calls it a "diabetic body type!).0

5.4 and I am aiming for 135-140lbs. I want muscle, well I know I have some, but I need to burn some of this nasty fat off. I want to stick to clean eating, drinking enough water, and weight training/ cardio. I just want to be healthy dammit!! :noway:0

5'3" aiming for 115+/- a few as long as I am physically fit. I remember this being the weight I was as a swimmer. If I can't build back the same amount of muscle, 110.0

I'm just shy of 5'4" and I'm aiming for 155. I'm quite thick boned and muscular, so when I'm 155 I look healthy. I've been super skinny (got down to 124 at one point) but had no shape - I looked like a 12 year old boy. According to BMI, I will be overweight@155, but BMI doesn't differentiate between muscle & bones and fat. I like using clothes as a judge, and there I'll be between size 6-8.0

5'4 and 3/4" - am not looking at a scale number anymore...I thought I wanted to be about 140...but what I really want is to hit 18-20% bodyfat. I'm about 25% bodyfat right now and 152.8 lbs. Not sure if I'll hit my bf goal at 140...so I'm willing to adjust as necessary.0

Between 140 and 150 but I'm really not worried about the scale. I'm more muscular and I'd like to be in a size 8.0
