    5'3.5" with a kinda large frame, goal weight 150 pounds to start with. I can reevaluate once I get to that point to see if I need to go down anymore or just tone up. >.>

    I'm 5'4" and my goal is 145. It was 150 but I wanted to be in a healthy BMI range and it would be kinda funny to actually weigh what is on my driver's license.

    My hubby is 6'6" and doesn't like really really skinny women and knows I want to be healthy and is completely supportive of any and all of my health related goals!!

    I'm 5'5'' and I'm currently 163, aiming for 145 to start with and see how I am at that weight. I've never been lighter than 152 and I was a size 10 so I'm going to see where this journey takes me and how I feel I guess.

    This is the second time I've tried to lose weight. Hoping the support on here will make it the last time I have to try!

    At 5'5" and a medium frame, I'm looking to land at 150-155 lbs. I'm a bit top heavy (even at a lower weight), so anything less on the scale translates to a really odd look for me.

    I am 5.3 and my goal is 135. A healthy point for me is between 104-141 according to the BMI calculator.

    5'4". Aiming for 115-120. I have a small frame, and a short torso, so every extra pound is a curse.

    Only what feels like a thousand pounds to go! ;)

    5'3" at 150 aiming for 120-125 ish. But I'm doing insanity as well as counting calories so if I add muscle and stay around 130 but slim up I'll be just as happy. Numbers arent a big deal to me, the image is the big deal.

    160... Hopefully 150. I'm pretty big busted and have thunder thighs so not sure anything under 140 is realistic for my body type.

    I'm 5'3, and at 175lbs now.

    Current Weight: CW 158.8 lbs

    Goal Weight #1: GW1: 146 lbs (a healthy BMI!)

    Goal Weight #2: GW2: 130 lbs (myself when I liked my body)

    Hi there im slightly under the 5'4, Im 5'2 and Im really hoping to get to 135lbs, Im doing 6months at a time..
    But I HATE food waste an I have 3 children (ages 4,2,1) so thats not helping..

    I hate food waste too! lol. And also have 3 kids :-)

    Im 5'4" and my goal weight is 128. Im going to see how I look at this weight and decide if I want to loose more or not. All depends on how my body will hold the weight. Last time I lost weight I got down to 138 but still had a band of fat around my tummy.
