I have open the link for October but I am still going to be posting September on here. Is that what most of you are going to do?

I have favourited the thread for October (the star at the top right), then will continue posting in the September thread, until October when I will post in here. By putting the star it helps me to find it easily again when I need it.

I'm in! I need all the motivation I can get! My fitbit will be helping me track what I do. What suggestions would you have if someone had a tendency to start out strong then starts to slow down? What could I do to keep it going?

Variety, @Jotell, and keeping it small. Aim for say a mileage target that is doable but tough, then do it in a variety of ways - bike, run, walk, you name it.

Great thanks!!! I used to love jogging but, then of course I stopped with the summer heat wave we had in Seattle this summer and hit the trails for hiking. Now that it's cooled down I think I can get back into it. Walk one day jog the next? Or even on nice days maybe a nature trail walk/hike.

    April: 491.94 km (305.6 miles) = 43 hours 6 min
    May: 361.81 km (224.8 miles) = 35 hours 50 min
    June: 569.53 km (353.9 miles) = 41 hours 53 min
    July: 230.7 km (143.35 miles) = 32 hours 45 min
    Aug: 211.3 km (131.3 miles) = 28 hours 8 min

Spring has sprung and DST starts this weekend so the plan is ... more than September. Especially more walking and cycling outside. :)

    2. Stronglifts 5x5 every other day excluding vacation.
    3. Start Strong Curves exercises after vacation.

not set my targets yet but looking forward to October.

I spent a fortune (!!!! is that possible?) in Aldi on winter cycling gear to get me active despite the cold. I've got two intensive dancing weekends booked in this month, plus it's my birthday tomorrow and I'm heading to Bruges so plenty of walking planned (er....and waffles....and Belgian beer) over the weekend.

    Let's get MOVING!!

    :)
