Riding my bike has been my primary source of exercise this summer, I have a home gym, Wii Fit and stationary bike that I plan on using after the weather changes. As far as food goes, fall is the time I start looking for roasts with potatoes and trimmings. I feel better about my portion control going into this fall/winter…

you need to plan for success, not for cheating! ^^This^^ I don't cheat, it doesn't work for me. But then again, I eat anything I want in moderation. Best solution? Exercise more and give yourself the extra calories so you don't have to cheat or slip up.

It's only normal if your shoes are laced to tight. Loosen your shoe laces and the numbness magically disappears

Wow! I can't believe they have the audacity to lift weights instead of only doing cardio. They are totally abusing your gym membership. I would join a different gym where they don't allow those types of shenanigans to go on when your membership is stolen

Many of these "cleanse" programs actually strip the body of it's natural cleansing bacteria and when you go back to your normal diet you're in worse shape than you were before because you no longer have the natural means of digesting your food properly. Save your money and drink water eat lots of fiber instead
