You look absolutely amazing!! Congrats!

Nature's Own Whole Wheat only has 50 calories per slice and those sandwich thins are also only 100 calories. Just an idea if you would like to have sandwiches. I love bread and pasta and it is hard to give up! Good luck :)

Feel free to friend me. I need all the support I can get. Been having a hard time sticking with it :)

you are so young I shouldn't even comment.... but .... If I were 10 years younger... I wouldn't kick you out of bed for eatin' crackers :)

Congrats!!!! I am doing a Zombie run in Portland in August and am happy to hear that it was a blast. You look beautiful!!!

I can TOTALLY relate! I wear the same outfits to work in rotation as well because I don't want to buy more "fat" clothes if you will and commit to a live of b.s. Friend me and we can beat the fat pants together

No worries. The trainer will push you of course to do your best, but they are there to be supportive and instructional. I had a personal trainer for several months. Peter Hirsch - He is the best personal trainer ever. Some tough love I will admit, but amazing! Take your time and find someone you mesh with. You should be…

Absolutely. I'm at 161.5 currently and would like to get to 140 - at least. Feel free to friend me. I am hoping to hit my goal or satisfaction weight by the end of September.

I'm not, but my mother is and would love some friends her age that can join her on the journey. I will send you a friend request w/ her screen name so that you can friend her as well :)

I love it!!! You rock

Feel free to add me Amanda. I too have a small group of friends in the "real" world. It's nice to have positive encouragement here when not everyone in my life knows that I am embarking on a rather large change in my physical well being! Good luck!

Feel free to add me. I too have a problem with depression, but I can tell you this site provides great support and helps me keep my spirits up and keeps me honest about my calories! I love it. Welcome!

BEER... enough said.

I love the page and wouldn't change a thing! It's what you want and that's what matters. Congrats! You look beautiful!

I would also like to lose faster. Right now based on my goal of 132 - MFP has me at a deficit of 750 cals per day... quite frankly... I am hungry all the time. I eat every 2-3 hours. Just small meals. I know I need to get more sleep so perhaps that is it..... or I need to accept losing just 1 lb a week and deal with it!…

I like Gold Standard as well. Tastes great!

That's great! My brother and I are doing "Run for Your Lives" in Portland in August. Can't wait! I gather you are doing the same series, just a different city. Good luck!

That's hilarious. Perhaps I am as well and am just telling myself I am training for a half marathon. There is one in Flagstaff in August, but I will probably do the Groom Creek classic in Prescott in September since I started a bit late. Good luck with the mid-life crisis

Welcome! Let the fun commence. Feel free to friend me if you like. Just started a short time ago myself. Good luck to you!

It sounds like you have exactly what it takes to make it happen. Determination! I wish you much success on your journey. I think you will find MFP to be very easy to use to track your calories, exercise, goals and progress. Good luck!

I take vitamins daily. Vitamin B complex, C, D, Calcium, Fish Oil, and Niacin which else level out my less than shiny disposition :) I was able to listen in on a call from Janus Labs (Janus Mutual Funds) - and these were some of the vitamins she suggested. It is true that you should be able to get most of your nutrients…

Hi Jayne. Sent you a friend request. Just joined recently, but I will be logging in daily:) Will friend the rest of these nice folks as well. Always good to have support. Good luck to us all!
