  • thanks guys! I log my salt and sugar, and make sure to stay under both most days, salt is easier than sugar! LOL i am now down to 167.0 even this AM. I will try recalculating my calories and see what it comes up with.... I feel better that i'm not the only one!

  • i've been at it since the first of march (5.5 months) and i've lost almost 40 pounds. i have added lots of veggies, and though i still eat the things i want to, i do it in moderation. i am on 1200 a day calories, and i don't go over unless i work out on the elliptical. i'm steady losing 1-1.5 pounds a week.
