Year 5 of being nicotine free! You can do it...I tried the patches/gum. I eventually ate a little more when I quit but was able to breath easily and didn't get as sick. If it helps any, try to wrie down when you have the urges and what you'll replace the urge to smoke with ? Just a suggestion... You can do it!!!!

I am exactly with you on this one! Still kinda figuring this out myself....I try to stop eating by 8PM every night. If I still get hungry at best I have a little tofu, a tbsp of peanut butter, drink soy milk or just have tea. Often times, peppermint gum/tea seems to kill the urge to want to eat more

Plyometrics. Look up jump box training as well..anything where you're keeping your heart rate up and doing intervals helps :)

I live in Seattle so when the sun is out people take advantage of it and go running outside (you really have to!) but I still like running indoors. I do feel like running on a treadmill is harder on my knees/feet somewhat and I find it harder to run straight :\

I also do the pretend I'm having a bad dream kicking then when he wakes up to look at me I pretend that I'm asleep :) ahhh the thing married couples do!

Right between the hours of 6-9PM when I'm either 1) not fast enough in preparing my dinner or 2) have dinner but are hungry so just decide to go nuts and raid the pantry. Bad bad :c
