Ever feel like...

Your in bed with a bear who's in full on hybernation? No matter how much you nudge him, he doesn't wake from his snoring to realize he's interrupting your limited and much needed beauty sleep?

I kick him and make him roll over. I've tried to be nice and it doesn't work. Although I don't have room to talk because I snore worse than he does.

I like the sound of snoring. It's rhythmic and soothing.

If his snoring problem is serious, he may need to have a sleep study done. It's possible he needs to be using a C-PAP machine (breathing apparatus for people with severe snoring/sleep apnea).

It makes him choke a little, but he learns to shut up pretty fast. LOL

    Solutions:
    Breathe Right nasal strips.
Sleep clinic to find out why he is snoring. (could be serious)

If I wake up in the middle of the night and my husband is snoring, I will go sleep on the couch. Our couch is really comfortable and my husband understands that I need to get some sleep.

Breath Right Nasal strips are the only reason I have not suffocated my husband with his own pillow thus far.
