I Hate To Exercise....

But I think it's mostly because of my large chest. I'm currently a 36/38DDD or E and I have the hardest time running (like I want to) or doing anything other than walking because they are soooo in the way. I have had rotator cuff issues and my shoulders have pretty large dents in them from my bra. I am seriously considering a breast reduction and wondered if any of you ladies have had it done and if so, do you feel better when you exercise??

Just looking for some feedback good or bad. Thanks : )

I haven't but my great-grandma wished she had. By the time she was eighty, she could barely walk, had huge indentions in the shoulder muscles and an ungodly amount of back and hip pain (don't know how the hip pain was related but the doc felt it was).

I remember one time complaining because I'm only a size B and she said it was probably her fault, she prayed that all of her grandkids would be flat chested so that they wouldn't go through what she had.

Absolutely hate running as well so I found other workouts I enjoy more (elliptical, stairmaster, jump box training etc)- whatever it is, find something you like to do! :)

My sister has had a breast reduction from a G to a DD now and said it's the best thing she has ever done....she had a lot of strain her back, her back pain is gone and eventually she was able to exercise/do more physically.

You can wear a sports bra with another bra over it. Try that and if you still want more support you can try three. Gel shoulder straps can be nice and when you use more than one bra, it seems to lessen the shoulder pressure. That seems to work for me when I Zumba. It helps me avoid blacking my eyes out.... I'm also a 38DDD/E but I don't usually tell everyone.... just sayin'

I had a fairly large chest before I started exercising and eating right, but honestly it was one of the first things to go. If you have weight issues, a breast reduction might not even be necessary - you might find your chest size fixes itself!

Enell makes a wonderful bra for larger breasted women. Keep the tatas from hurting while jogging.
