I would suggest a plant-based diet. And drinking A LOT of water. No sodas, no juice. Just water for a whole month and see how you feel. The thing is, when I walk I'm not pouring sweat like I do with the Treadmill. I just won't document it I guess. I know it's not correct.

Winter months is when I save the most money. I make soup, or veggie chili, and eat it for a week for my lunches. It's nice to learn to eat to live, instead of living to eat.

If I were you, I'd eat something before you go, and when you get there, just eat from the salad bar and drink water. That way you're guilt and diet sabotage free. = )

Dairy is a huge factor in stomach issues. They used to say milk kept you thin, but they fail to tell you that is IF you follow a strict calorie regimen. Also, milk is for baby cows, not humans = )

I love this idea! Funny, I was just telling my boyfriend it's so nice out today, that I may have to take a second walk. Every morning I do 10 minute abs and 10 minute legs. I'll have to do that again after dinner :wink: Enjoy the weekend everyone!

You can always bring your own! I understand theatres don't like that sort of thing, but sometimes breaking the rules is okay in my book, as long as it's not hurting yourself or others. I agree with just drinking it all day. That way, you'll hit all those times without a doubt! Also, use a small cup..that way you can burn a few cals, going to refill it more often = )
